You can pay in cash or check/demand draft for any of the deals you take part in. Check payment is accepted subject to realization. You can also pay by credit card but it attracts an additional levy depending on the transaction and government rules.

  How Do I Change Or Cancel A Booking?

To change or cancel a booking you can either email us at

Airline charges or cancellation fees may apply with some fare types.  Some reservations on restrictive fares cannot be changed.

Our Privacy Policy ensures your right to privacy. Your confidential information will only be used for purposes of booking finalization with our travel partners.

  What Do I Do If I Lose My Ticket?

If you have lost your ticket prior to the day of travel please either e-mail us at: at: sales@sharpholidays.com or telephone us on +(91 11) 26177441,26162299 (5 lines) from Monday to Saturday 0930 hrs- 1800hrs (IST). Fax- +91-11-26184045. We will forward to you a Ticket Indemnity form for completion.  This will facilitate the reissue of your ticket.  Note the airlines usually charge a $50 reissue fee.  If you lose your ticket on the day of departure, please contact the concerned airline local city office that will coordinate the above procedure.

  When Will My Credit Card Be Debited?

For airline bookings, the debit takes place at time of airline ticket issuance.  For car hire, at the time of making car rentals reservations, and for accommodation, at the time of check out. The hotel/Car rental provider may charge your credit card in case of a No Show. If you are using our special negotiated rates for flights, hotels, car rentals through prepayment, then you will be debited at the time of confirmation of services.

  When Will I Receive My Travel Documents?

The paper tickets will be received by you within 2-3 business days of having made the relevant travel payments. If you have requested an E-ticket or if conditions of the airfare you have purchased requires an E ticket only, an E-ticket confirmation will be emailed to you.

  What Do I Do If I Forget My Password?

Simply log on to
www.sharpholidays.com and click on 'Forgot Password'. you will be asked a secret question to which you have answered while registering. Simply give the answer and the password will be given to you instantly. No need to wait for confirmation emails!!

  How Do I Obtain A Refund For A Previously Paid Bookings?

Please return your unused airline ticket or ticket confirmation together with a covering letter explaining the reasons for your non-use of the booking and address it to: Sharp Holidays 111-113 Somdutt Chambers, 9 Bikaji Cama Place, New Delhi110066.  For all refunds on credit card payments, the credit card surcharge levied at the time of acceptance will not be included in the refund, as these charges go to the concerned bank towards the transaction charges. Importantly please note, refunds will only be provided by the airline in accordance with the terms and conditions of the airfare purchased. Airlines may take up to 8 weeks to process a refund.

  Will paying by Cheque/Demand Draft slow down my order?

While Sharp Holidays does accept local cheques but your travel documents will be shipped subject to clearance of these payments.

Local government restrictions do not allow us to accept remittances outside India, hence you can either do bank wire transfer, or use other methods as mentioned above
